Graduate Sales Executive
Cambridge
£32,000 basic salary + £10,000 OTE
This is a rare and exciting opportunity for people with no or little experience but a desire to achieve and a willingness to learn.
Over the first three months, you will be enrolled in Furza’s industry leading Sales Academy, tailored specifically to your role. You will also receive an industry recognised Institute of Sales Professionals accreditation throughout the training programme.
This robust but rewarding training ensures you’re equipped with the core skills and frameworks to deliver immediate results for your role. Alongside training, Furza will provide ongoing coaching, management, mentoring and support to enable you to reach your full potential.

Responsibilities
- Pro-active and creative outreach to key stakeholders of in-target businesses by phone, email and LinkedIn making use of cutting-edge technology provided for enhanced sales development
- Following a consultative questioning process when engaging and promoting the company’s products, ultimately leading to full 360 sales cycle expertise
- Achieve specified and agreed monthly KPI’s and targets
- Key stakeholder mapping through growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network
- Develop excellent customer and prospect relationships leading to growth in both existing and new accounts

Qualifications
- Recent degree-level graduate
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to develop genuine relationships with prospects, customers, and colleagues
- The ability to be consultative and curious when speaking with prospects and customers
- You enjoy a fast-paced, dynamic environment!
