Field Sales Executive - Entry Level (No Experience Required)
£24,800 per annum + 20% bonus (OTE £29,760) | Company Van | Mon - Fri | Full Time
Territory: Newport, Cardiff, Barry, Bargoed, Pontypool and surrounds
Looking to start a career in sales, FMCG or field marketing? This is a hands-on, entry-level Field Sales role working with two major household brands - Haribo and Molson Coors - through Powerforce, a multi-award-winning field marketing company.
You don’t need previous sales experience.
Full training, coaching and support are provided - we’re looking for attitude, potential and drive.
Important Driving Requirements
This role includes a company manual van.
You must hold a full UK manual driving licence for at least 12 months.
(Automatic-only licences cannot be considered)
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Field Sales Executive, you’ll visit independent and convenience stores across your local territory, learning how sales and brand marketing work in the real world.
- Relationship Building - Be the main point of contact for store owners and staff
- Sales & Visibility - Promote products, build displays and increase brand presence
- Retail Execution - Support availability, stock levels and in-store engagement
- Team Collaboration - Share best practice and learn alongside a supportive team
This is a practical, people-focused role where you learn by doing.

What We’re Looking For
- No sales experience required - we hire for potential
- Confident communicator with good people skills
- Organised, proactive and keen to learn
- Interest in building a long-term career in sales or FMCG
- Full UK manual driving licence held for 12+ months (essential)
