Sales Executive (Commercial Vehicles) – Coventry
Job Introduction
We’re seeking a talented and professional Sales Executive to become a key part of the team, driving the continued growth for our Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles Dealership in Coventry. This is a fulfilling opportunity to join one of the world’s most exciting brands in commercial vehicle sales.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturdays: 1 in 3 (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM) – a rare feature in the motor trade
Key Benefits:

If you have automotive sales experience, your skills will be highly valued. However, if you’ve been a high-achieving sales professional, with proven results in exceeding targets, you’ll be welcome. Full support and training will be provided to help you thrive.

Your responsibilities will include ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction, maximising opportunities, driving profitability, and maintaining high-quality data:
- Customer Satisfaction (CSI):
- Build trust and deliver an industry-leading buying experience through exceptional communication and service.

Maximising Opportunities:
- Develop relationships via prospecting, follow-ups, inbound calls, walk-ins, and internet enquiries.
- Qualify leads and create a strong first impression.

- Follow the prescribed sales process to meet monthly KPIs for:
- Unit sales
- Profit per unit
- Add-on product sales

- Accurately capture and maintain customer contact and vehicle data to enhance our database.
Requirements
We’re looking for a well-presented individual with the following qualities and attributes:
- A strong desire to succeed with the right character and attitude.
- Unlimited confidence, resilience, drive, energy, and talent.
- The ability to quickly establish rapport with customers.
- A valid UK driver’s licence.
While motor trade, automotive, or dealership experience is preferred, it’s not essential as full training will be provided.
