Sales Executive
Location: Rotherham
Salary: £30,000 + annual bonus
Do you have some sales experience, and want to develop your skills further with a business that will invest in your growth? Full training will be provided, so you don't need to be an expert from day one, just driven, personable, and keen to learn.
This is an exciting opportunity to join an ambitious business with significant growth plans. Success in this role will come from building strong customer relationships, understanding their requirements, and helping convert opportunities into successful contracts, with support from the wider sales team.

Duties of a Sales Executive:
- Working closely with the Sales Director and wider team, handling inbound enquiries, coordinating quotations, and building strong customer relationships across a national client base
- A relationship-led role, focused on managing incoming leads and supporting the sales lifecycle
- Managing and qualifying incoming enquiries
- Supporting the costing and quoting of projects, with training provided on reading technical drawings
- Learning to read and interpret technical/construction drawings
- Following up on quotations to help secure projects
- Maintaining accurate records of leads, customers, and sales activity
- Supporting customer relationships and helping ensure requirements are met daily
- Assisting with identifying new opportunities

Requirements of the Sales Executive:
- Someone who brings personality and energy
- Some sales experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A confident, proactive, and personable approach
- High attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks
- A genuine willingness to learn quickly and develop industry knowledge
- Driven, proactive, and keen to grow within the business
