Sales Executive
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: £28,200 per year (OTE £35,220)
- Bonus: Fantastic monthly and annual bonus tied to company performance
- Hours: 42.5 hrs/week (rotational 5 days on, 2 days off, with weekend work involved)
About the Role
We’re the UK’s favourite car-buying service and growing rapidly—opening hundreds of new branches each month! We’re seeking enthusiastic, honest, service-driven professionals to join our team. No prior car knowledge? Not a problem!—we’ll train you on everything.
As a Sales Executive, you’ll be responsible for:
- Buying and selling cars while ensuring smooth branch operations
- Making customers the primary focus—coordinating appointments, diagnoses, negotiations, and closing deals
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Collaborating with internal teams, back-office staff, and colleagues

Key Responsibilities
- Prioritise your schedule, secure appointments, and hit sales targets
- Evaluate and negotiate car prices, secure deals, and exceed customer expectations
- Work effectively independently and under pressure
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Manage administration, IT tasks, and daily operations
Requirements
- Full UK manual driving licence current
- Experience in a target-driven working environment
- Strong customer-focused mindset with excellent communication and telephone skills
- Ability to work alone (lone working), under pressure, and self-organise
- Fluency in administration and IT
- Independent and proactive attitude
