About the Role
We are seeking a high-performing Market Data and Terminal Sales Executive to drive the growth of our multi-asset market data terminal business across the UK. This role will focus on new business acquisition, partial displacement of incumbent vendors, and expansion within existing accounts, targeting financial institutions requiring sophisticated market data and trading solutions.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in positioning the Infront Professional Terminal as a compelling alternative to established providers while leveraging our differentiated capabilities across market data, trading integration, and modular functionality. This is a unique opportunity to drive meaningful market expansion by bringing a flexible, integrated solution to a broad range of financial institutions. Combining strategic new business development with account growth and vendor displacement initiatives, you will have a direct impact on increasing market share, expanding client adoption, and helping shape the continued success of our terminal business in the UK.

- Drive new client acquisition across the UK financial services market.
- Identify and execute partial displacement strategies against incumbent terminal providers.
- Develop opportunities to expand terminal footprint within existing accounts.
- Build and manage a sustainable sales pipeline, from prospecting through to close.
- Conduct consultative sales engagements, understanding client workflows and pain points.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations across multi-asset capabilities including equities, fixed income, FX and derivatives.
- Position the terminal as part of a broader ecosystem, including market data feeds, trading capabilities (EMS/RSP integration), and web and digital solutions.
- Target key UK segments, including wealth managers and discretionary brokers, execution-only brokers, investment banks and financial institutions, and asset managers.
- Identify addressable opportunities where workflow lock-in is lower, focusing on displacement potential.
- Develop tailored strategies for lower-tier terminal replacement, and partial replacement of premium terminals.
Who you are
You are a proactive and results-oriented sales professional with a genuine passion for financial markets and market data. Combining a strong commercial mindset with excellent relationship-building skills, you are able to develop trusted partnerships across the UK financial services industry and consistently identify opportunities to drive growth and deliver results.
You are a good match for this role if you:
- Have a minimum of 5 years of sales experience within financial data, terminals, or trading technology.
- Have a proven track record selling into UK financial institutions.
- Have experience with or exposure to major vendors such as Bloomberg, FactSet, LSEG/Refinitiv, Morningstar, and/or other market data or terminal providers.
- Have a strong understanding of market data and terminal solutions, multi-asset classes (equities, fixed income, FX derivatives), and trading workflows.
- Have the ability to articulate value across front, middle, and back-office workflows.
- Can demonstrate the ability to develop leads through an existing network of industry contacts, execute complex, consultative sales cycles, and deliver high-quality product demonstrations.
- Possess strong commercial acumen with a focus on revenue growth and account expansion.
