Sales Executive
Sales Executive – Premium Customer Experience
Location: Vertu Renault Gloucester
Are you passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences? Vertu Renault Gloucester is looking for a Sales Executive to join our thriving team.

Work-life balance
- 40-hour workweek (five 8-hour shifts)
- Most Saturdays worked (our busiest day), but you’ll always get a weekday off

Your Role

As a Sales Executive, you’ll guide customers through a seamless car-buying journey, from first contact to final handover, ensuring every customer leaves confident and satisfied.

Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Customer Experience: Manage processes from initial conversation through handover, building trusted relationships with integrity
- Compliance & Transparency: Present finance, insurance, and accessory options in a clear, compliant way, aligning with customer needs
- Lead Generation: Create new opportunities through prospecting, follow-ups (tailor methods to your strengths)
- Teammwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals
- Organisation & Admin: Maintain a highly organised approach, manage your diary, and ensure accurate, on-time admin
Requirements
- Currently working as a Sales Executive within the automotive industry (minimum 12 months experience)
- Motivation and drive to achieve goals
- Excellent organisation skills – prioritise effectively, manage a busy diary, and follow processes
- Clear, authentic communication
- Strong commitment to exceptional customer service
- Full UK driving licence (able to drive manual and automatic vehicles)
