Sales Executive, E-commerce – Tangle Teezer

The Role
We are looking for an analytical, organised, and detail-oriented Sales Executive, E-commerce to support Tangle Teezer’s growth across UK, EU, and expansion markets. This role involves:
- Supporting sales performance monitoring, inventory management, product listings, and day-to-day operations across e-commerce marketplaces.
- Assisting with setup and optimisation for new product lines.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and growth.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Analyse & Report
- Generate and analyse weekly sales, inventory, and forecast reports, identifying trends or issues.
- Competitive Insights
- Conduct daily competitive analysis (pricing, reviews, availability, BuyBox) to support pricing and promotions.
- Reporting & Automation
- Support the creation of reliable reporting templates (Excel & PPT) for management.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with logistics, Vendor Central/Amazon teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and WOC (Warehouse Operations Centre).
- Product & Listing Management
- Own the execution of new product rollouts across e-commerce retailers.
- Maintain detailed product detail pages (titles, images, A+ content, variations) via Vendor Central, Amazon Brand Registry tools, and agency support.
- Issue Resolution -Coordinate with Amazon Vendor Support, agency, and AVS teams to resolve operational challenges.
- Stay Updated
- Monitor Amazon vendor policies, terms, and platform changes to ensure compliance and optimisation.

Requirements & Qualifications
✔ 1–2 years’ experience in e-commerce, sales, or Amazon account support (internships/volunteering welcome). ✔ Knowledge of retail/e-commerce KPIs, such as sell-in, sell-through, and conversion rates. ✔ Sharp analytical mindset with a high attention to detail, especially with data accuracy and content quality. ✔ Excellent organisation & multitasking skills, managing multiple priorities effectively. ✔ Ability to work cross-functionally with logistics, marketing, and sales teams. ✔ Eagerness to learn and develop technical skills in e-commerce retail. ✔ Basic understanding of Amazon Vendor Central (or Seller Central) – prior exposure preferred. ✔ Experience with e-commerce tools (e.g., Profitero, Helium 10, Jungle Scout) is preferred.
