Brim makes EV Chargers and develops software to solve tomorrow's energy problems. Founded by industry leaders and focused on the new-build sector, Brim partners with many of the UK's largest homebuilders. Visit www.fulltothebrim.com to learn more about us.
The Role
Our technology is being deployed across the UK's new-build sector right now, and demand is outpacing our capacity to sell it. As our first dedicated SaaS sales hire, working directly with our Commercial Director, you'll own the entire customer lifecycle: finding the opportunity, winning the deal and growing the account. You'll build outreach campaigns with the latest AI tools, open market segments we haven't touched yet, from enterprise to national homebuilders, and design the commercial engine that Brim scales on.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
