We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join our fast-growing Energy Team here at Radius.
You’ll report to Becky Barton, Sales Supervisor, on a day-to-day basis while supporting a broader team.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-value sales by converting qualified opportunities while proactively generating new business through:
- Divisional referrals
- Customer data enrichment
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, ensuring effective:
- CRM pipeline management
- Forecasting and business reporting
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales and performance targets.
- Identify and refer opportunities across other Radius Business Units, aligning with internal referral objectives to support group-wide growth.
- Demonstrate a proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to:
- Manage workload and priorities independently
- Work collaboratively in a high-performance team, sharing best practices
- Adhere to all company policies, including:

Essential:
- Minimum 12 months’ experience in a B2B sales role, preferably within the Irish or UK energy market.
- Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Highly Desirable:
- Experience selling electricity, gas, utilities, or other regulated commercial services.
- Familiarity with a high-volume, fast-paced sales environment (e.g., telecoms, utilities, insurance, financial services, or business services).
- Proven track record of generating self-sourced business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and customer research.
- Comfortable working in a highly target-driven environment with resilience under pressure.
- Excellent commercial awareness, customer needs assessment, and value articulation.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
- Experience using a CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Competent in Microsoft Office, with focus on Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
