🚨 We're Hiring: Sales Executive | Crowne Plaza London Ealing by IHG 🚨

Are you a motivated sales professional with a passion for hospitality and building lasting client relationships? We're looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join the team at Crowne Plaza London Ealing by IHG.

Company Description

Crowne Plaza London Ealing by IHG is a modern, stylish hotel in West London with excellent transport links to Wembley Stadium and central London, making it a convenient base for business and leisure travellers. The hotel features 139 well-appointed bedrooms, some offering views of the Wembley Stadium arch, and is close to Park Royal and Chiswick business parks, as well as Westfield Shopping Centre at Shepherd’s Bush. Located opposite Hanger Lane tube station on the Central Line, guests can reach Oxford Circus in about 20 minutes and Stratford in about 45 minutes. The hotel is around 40 minutes by road from Heathrow Airport and is easily accessible via major routes including the A40, A406, M25, M1, M40, and M4, with 81 on-site parking spaces available. On the lower ground floor, the West 5 Brasserie & Bar offers popular dining options, Sky Sports coverage, and proudly serves Starbucks.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based at Crowne Plaza London Ealing in the United Kingdom. The Sales Executive is responsible for:

  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities
  • Nurturing relationships with existing corporate and leisure clients
  • Driving room and event sales to meet revenue targets

Day-to-day activities include:

  • Prospecting and conducting sales calls
  • Preparing proposals
  • Negotiating contracts
  • Coordinating with the reservations, events, and front office teams to ensure a seamless guest experience

The role involves:

  • Managing sales pipelines
  • Maintaining accurate records in hotel and IHG systems
  • Contributing to sales plans, promotions, and marketing initiatives
  • Representing the hotel at networking events, client meetings, and familiarization visits

While upholding IHG brand standards and hotel policies.

In this exciting role, you'll play a key part in driving revenue by developing new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and promoting our hotel's exceptional accommodation, meetings, events, and corporate services.

What we're looking for:
