Sales Executive
Salary: £28,200 per year (OTE £35,220) Bonus: Fantastic monthly and annual bonuses based on individual and company performance
Hours: rota of 5 days on, 2 days off (42.5 hours per week, with occasional weekend work)

- Buy & sell cars while ensuring smooth branch operations
- Be the primary customer contact, managing appointments and hitting targets
- Conduct vehicle appraisals, negotiate prices, close sales, and deliver exceptional service
- Work closely with back-office teams, colleagues, and head office
Requirements
We’re looking for a dependable professional with:
- A current UK full manual driving licence
- Experience in a target-driven environment (sales, retail, or hospitality preferred)
- Strong customer service & communication skills
- Ability to work independently (lone working) and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent administration & IT proficiency
- A eager to build long-term client relationships
