Sales Executive

Sales Executive – Lead & Business Growth (Tech-Focused)

Role: Growing Tech Team at Razorblue

We’re seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our dynamic team of technology-driven professionals. This is your opportunity to thrive in a collaborative, innovative environment where your passion for tech and proactive sales skills can drive impact.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting (20%)

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of our solutions portfolio and tailor messaging to cross-industry business needs.
  • Research and identify high-potential clients, decision-makers, and networking opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to execute multi-touchpoint campaigns targeting key prospects.
  • Build trusting, long-term relationships by identifying pain points and advocating razorblue’s tailored solutions.
  • Qualify leads and seamlessly handover to the New Business team.

Networking & Brand Expansion (20%)

  • Represent the brand at regional networking events, awards ceremonies, and trade shows.
  • Engage marketing opportunities to build visibility and connect with prospects in-person.
  • Foster relationships with decision-makers to expand our referral network.

Sales & Revenue Growth (30%)

  • Support the full sales cycle, from first contact through to closing and handover to the New Business team.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly targets with focus on revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with in-house New Business team across prospect meetings.

Bid Writing & Proposal Creation (30%)

  • Manage the entire bid process for new opportunities, including timelines, documentation, and submissions.
  • Craft clear, persuasive, and tailored proposals aligned with tender requirements.
  • Maintain brand consistency in all documents to maximise conversion rates.

Requirements

Qualifications & Certifications

  • Hold a Full UK driving license (essential for in-person engagements).
  • Preferred: Business or marketing qualification, or networking/relationship-building training.
  • Must possess excellent conversational English for client-facing roles.

Experience & Skillsets

  • Sales, business development, or tech-adjacent role experience preferred.
  • Experience in IT/managed services brings plus points.
  • Proficiency in lead qualification processes and CRM/sales tracking systems.
  • Strong negotiator with outstanding listening, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritise targets, and thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced setting.
