Sales Executive JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

YOUR JOB:

As a Sales Executive, your role will involve outbound calling warm leads provided to achieve monthly sales targets. We put our customers first, so you will focus on establishing their needs and helping them make an informed decision on the best plan to suit their needs.

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES:

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets, directly impacting your earnings and career growth.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers by understanding their healthcare needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Master our diverse range of global healthcare insurance products and navigate regulatory requirements with confidence.
  • Work alongside a dynamic sales team to achieve both individual and shared success.
  • Reach and surpass set standards, showcasing your dedication to excellence.
  • Utilise Salesforce to effectively manage your sales pipeline and track your progress.
  • Sell with integrity and build trust with every customer interaction.
  • Keep accurate records and files, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Take on ad-hoc tasks and contribute to the overall success of the business.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE NEEDED:

  • Bring your experience in outbound telesales to excel in a fast-paced environment.
  • Thrive both autonomously and as part of a supportive team.
  • Hone your skills in securing deals and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Identify and address customer needs with empathy and efficiency.
  • Articulate your ideas clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Demonstrate your ability to make informed choices.
  • Prioritise tasks and manage your workflow effectively.
  • Navigate systems and utilise Microsoft applications with ease.
  • Adhere to industry regulations and maintain ethical standards such as FSMA.

WHAT WE OFFER:

  • Shift Patterns: Monday – Friday (8am – 4pm, 9am - 5pm, 10am – 6pm, 12pm – 8pm) one late shift per week.
  • 4 weeks of training provided on start.
  • Multicultural working environment with Hybrid working.
  • Enjoy working from the comfort of your home 2 days per week and 3 days from our Glasgow office (Mon, Tues, Wed)
