Sales Executive
Sales Executive
Salary: £28,200 per year (OTE £35,220)
Bonus: Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance
Hours: 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on, 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.
About the Opportunity
We are the UK’s favourite car-buying service, growing at rapid pace. With over 500 branches and new sites opening monthly, we’re looking for enthusiastic, passionate, honest, and service-driven individuals to join our team.

Responsibilities
As a Sales Executive with WBAC, you will:
- Lead car sales while ensuring efficient branch operations.
- Serve as the primary customer contact, prioritising appointments and meeting targets.
- Prepare car appraisals, negotiate deals, close sales, and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Coordinate with back-office teams and colleagues.

Requirements
- Valid UK manual driving licence
- Proven experience in a target-driven environment
- Strong customer-focused mindset with excellent:
- Communication skills
- Telephone manner
- Ability to work under pressure, independently, and alone (lone working)
- Exceptional administration, organisation, and IT skills
- Experience building long-term client relationships
