The Opportunity

RAM, part of Klipboard, is seeking an ambitious, commercially driven Sales Executive to join our growing team in Leeds. This is an excellent role for a motivated sales professional who thrive in a target-driven, results-focused environment and enjoys building strong client relationships.

The Role

  • Take full ownership of the sales cycle, from initial outreach to customer onboarding.
  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations (primarily via Microsoft Teams).
  • Balance self-generated opportunities with inbound and BDR-qualified leads.
  • Collaborate within a dynamic sales team while maintaining a strong results focus.

This is a full-time, office-based role in Leeds, ideal for someone who enjoys high-energy environments with clear career advancement opportunities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver polished, professional product demonstrations to prospective clients
  • Manage and grow a credible sales pipeline, converting leads into closed deals
  • Engage in outbound prospecting to identify and nurture new business opportunities
  • Convert inbound inquiries and BDR-qualified opportunities into revenue
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with customers, understanding their needs
  • Meet and exceed sales targets & KPIs consistently
  • Maintain accurate CRM records (Klipboard uses high-level CRM) and persistently follow up on leads

Skills, Knowledge & Experience

Essential

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, in both face-to-face and virtual settings
  • Ability to deliver compelling demos and confidently handle objections
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and highly driven by results
  • Comfortable operating in a KPI-driven environment
  • Experience with CRM software ( Salesforce or similar) and Microsoft 365 tools

Desirable

  • B2B sales experience in a technical or software-enabled industry
  • Exposure to SaaS or cloud-based solutions
  • Experience with a consultative or demo-led sales approach
