Sales Executive (Luxury Packaging Portfolio) – Twickenham, Greater London

Location & Working Arrangement

Twickenham, Greater London Hybrid model (3 days office, 2 days work-from-home)

Language & Key Requirements

Must be fluent in:

  • English
  • French

This role is ideal for an ambitious, hardworking sales professional comfortable with direct communication (email, video, telephone).

About the Role

We are seeking a Sales Executive to join our luxury events packaging portfolio, covering:

  • London Packaging Week
  • Paris Packaging Week
  • Packaging Première Milan

You will work closely with suppliers to global luxury brands, including Dior, L’Oréal, Pernod Ricard, LVMH, Estée Lauder, Camus, Cartier, and Coty. This opportunity involves selling across multiple channels, building international networks, and travelling to competitor exhibitions and client meetings.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Driving growth by sourcing and closing new business
  • Portfolio selling and developing existing accounts
  • Exceeding targets across all products
  • Gaining commercial insights through market engagement

Core Responsibilities

Sales & Account Management

  • Develop and maintain relationships with luxury brand suppliers and industry stakeholders
  • Source and convert new business opportunities
  • Drive revenue through portfolio selling strategies
  • Represent the brand at industry events & supplier meetings
  • Monitor and optimise existing account performance

Prospecting & Travel

  • Engage with clients both in-person and remotely
  • Travel internationally to attend competitor exhibitions & meetings
  • Build valuble industry insights to inform strategies

Performance & KPIs

  • Exceed quarterly financial targets
  • Collaborate closely with the sales leadership team

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Fluent French and English
  • Comfortable with international travel
  • Strong telephone sales skills
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to work in a team-driven environment
  • Target-driven mindset (KPIs)

Preferred Experience

  • Prior sales experience (advantageous)
  • Industry familiarity with packaging or luxury markets
  • Flexible notice period
