Sales Executive
Salary: £28,200 per year (OTE £35,220)
Bonus: Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance
Hours: 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on, 2 days off (weekend work included)
About the Role
We are the UK’s favourite car-buying service, and we are growing FAST—with over 500 branches and more opening each month.
We are seeking enthusiastic, passionate, honest, service-driven individuals to join our team. Experience in the car industry isn’t necessary—we’ll train you thoroughly and provide endless growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
As a Sales Executive, your key responsibilities include:
- Purchasing cars and ensuring smooth branch operations—you’ll be the primary customer contact.
- Managing appointments, prioritising your schedule, and meeting sales targets.
- Conducting car appraisals, negotiating deals, closing sales, and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Collaborating with back-office teams and colleagues.

Requirements
- Full UK manual driving licence (current).
- Experience in a target-driven environment.
- Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and professional telephone manner.
- Ability to work under pressure and on your own (lone working).
- Strong organisation, prioritisation, and workload management skills.
- Skilled at building long-term relationships with clients.
- Administration and IT proficiency.
