Strive Collective is a London-based sales and promotions company that works on behalf of a range of brands to support their growth through customer acquisition and in-person promotional campaigns. As demand from our clients continues to increase, we are looking to recruit confident and driven individuals for an Entry Level Sales Executive position.
This role is well suited to someone who enjoys working directly with people, is comfortable in a face-to-face environment, and is looking to build a long-term career in sales and marketing.
Role Overview
As an Entry Level Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting our clients’ products and services through live promotional activities. You will play an active role in helping brands expand their customer base by delivering positive, professional interactions with potential customers.

Responsibilities
Act as a brand ambassador during promotional campaigns
Engage with potential customers in person and communicate key information
Support customer acquisition efforts for client brands
Maintain a professional and approachable presence at all times
Accurately explain products, services, and offers
Work towards individual and team performance objectives
Attend training sessions to develop sales and communication skills

Ideal Candidate
Confident and comfortable engaging with people face to face
