Sales Executive - Graduate

Location: Hybrid

Ecomnova is a fast-growing online floral and gifting business, home to two leading brands: Appleyard London and Blossoming Gifts. We're looking for an ambitious and driven Sales Executive to help accelerate our growth by identifying and securing new strategic partnerships. This role is centred around proactive outreach, relationship building and generating new business opportunities with brands, affiliates, and other partners.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone early in their sales career looking to develop within a fast-paced ecommerce business. You'll work closely with the Head of Marketing and wider marketing team to identify opportunities, build long-term partnerships and contribute directly to the continued growth of the business.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify, research and engage new brand partners aligned with our target demographic.
  • Outreach to new leads via email, LinkedIn, telephone and other outbound channels.
  • Build, manage and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective partners and clients.
  • Develop and grow existing affiliates and brand partners to achieve YoY channel revenue growth.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements and successfully onboard new partners to drive revenue and brand awareness.
  • Develop and execute a 12-month affiliate and partner acquisition strategy focused on sustainable growth.
  • Attend networking events, trade shows and industry events to network and identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the wider marketing team to launch, manage and optimise partner campaigns.
  • Monitor, analyse and report on partnership performance against agreed KPIs.
  • Continuously identify new market opportunities and recommend initiatives to drive commercial growth.
  • Measure and track channel performance

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
