Sales Executive - Graduate
Location: Hybrid
Ecomnova is a fast-growing online floral and gifting business, home to two leading brands: Appleyard London and Blossoming Gifts. We're looking for an ambitious and driven Sales Executive to help accelerate our growth by identifying and securing new strategic partnerships. This role is centred around proactive outreach, relationship building and generating new business opportunities with brands, affiliates, and other partners.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone early in their sales career looking to develop within a fast-paced ecommerce business. You'll work closely with the Head of Marketing and wider marketing team to identify opportunities, build long-term partnerships and contribute directly to the continued growth of the business.
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, research and engage new brand partners aligned with our target demographic.
- Outreach to new leads via email, LinkedIn, telephone and other outbound channels.
- Build, manage and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective partners and clients.
- Develop and grow existing affiliates and brand partners to achieve YoY channel revenue growth.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and successfully onboard new partners to drive revenue and brand awareness.
- Develop and execute a 12-month affiliate and partner acquisition strategy focused on sustainable growth.
- Attend networking events, trade shows and industry events to network and identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the wider marketing team to launch, manage and optimise partner campaigns.
- Monitor, analyse and report on partnership performance against agreed KPIs.
- Continuously identify new market opportunities and recommend initiatives to drive commercial growth.

- Self-motivated, ambitious and target-driven.
- Confident in engaging with senior decision-makers and developing new business opportunities.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of objectives.
- Commercial mindset with an interest in ecommerce, partnerships and digital marketing.
- Sales, business development or account management experience is desirable but not essential.
- A degree in Business, Marketing or a related subject is desirable but not essential.
