Sales Executive – Commercial Fuel Sector
Location: Hartlepool Salary: £25,600 base + commission (£6,000–£8,000 realistic uncapped potential) Progression: Clear route to Account Executive Interview Date: 1-staged interview on 9th July

Your Responsibilities
As the business’s key face, your daily duties will include:
- Making outbound calls to warm and cold leads
- Handling inbound calls and customer enquiries
- Developing confident phone communication skills
- Assessing customer needs and proposing tailored fuel solutions
- Maintaining accurate CRM records
- Meeting achievable daily/weekly targets
About You
No sales or industry experience is required. We’re looking for candidates who:
- Are self-assured and comfortable speaking on the phone
- Bring motivation, energy, and enthusiasm for learning
- Demonstrate target-driven determination and resilience
- Have a friendly, professional approach with strong interpersonal skills
- Are keen to build a long-term career in sales
