Field Sales Executive – Chorley
Salary Potential: £60,000 a year (OTE)
Mandatory: Full driving licence (0–3 points)
This Field Sales Executive role combines a guaranteed salary with an uncapped commission scheme. Successful Verisure Sales Executives typically earn £30k–£40k OTE in their first year, with top performers achieving £60k+ OTE.

Key Responsibilities
The Field Sales Executive will:
- Create and exploit sales opportunities through door-to-door canvassing in residential and business areas.
- Convert warm leads via direct sales approach, aiming for 8–10 conversions per month.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to drive customer referrals.
- Canvas potential clients to introduce Verisure’s award-winning security solutions.
- Conduct security surveys to tailor bespoke systems to customers’ needs.
- Seamlessly convert leads into sales, oversee installations, and nurture a pipeline of future sales through outstanding customer experiences.
- Convert warm leads sourced from Verisure’s call centre into profitable sales.

Requirements
- Full UK manual driving licence with access to a vehicle for the first few months
- Enthusiastic, customer-focused attitude and passion for sales
- Strong communication skills
- Previous sales or retail experience preferred but not essential (full training provided).
Note: Successful applicants must pass a DBS check (cost covered by Verisure).
