Sales Executive – RAM (Klipboard)
Location: Leeds (Office-based), Full-time

The Opportunity
You’ll thrive in a target-driven, result-focused environment, where your commercial acumen and relationship-building skills will shape our clients’ success. As a Sales Executive, your role is core to driving revenue growth by converting leads into long-term partnerships—whether through orchestrated outbound efforts or CRM-qualified inbound opportunities.
This isn’t just about hitting numbers—it’s about tethering technology to real-world business challenges while forging trust-based relationships that last.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Own the full sales cycle, from initial outreach to closed-won deals ✔ Deliver compelling product demonstrations via Microsoft Teams
- Showcase value by connecting solutions to customer pain points
- Handle objections with confidence and adaptability ✔ Build and nurture relationships, understanding client needs to tailor solutions ✔ Develop a robust pipeline through proactive outbound prospecting ✔ Convert leads—whether self-generated or inbound/BDR-qualified ✔ Track and report performance against targets/KPIs ✔ Maintain CRM accuracy—segmenting contacts, logging calls/demos, and proactive follow-ups

How You’ll Measure Success:
- Pipeline growth and deal closure rates
- Customer satisfaction and retention
- Alignment with revenue targets
What We’re Looking For
Essential (Must-Have)
- 2+ years’ experience in sales, business development, or account management—preferably B2B
- Strong sales mindset: target-driven, resilient, and self-motivated
- Technical etiquette: Confident using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce/Dynamics) and Microsoft tools
- Digital native:
- Virtual selling reliability (e.g., delivering demos via Teams)
- Comfort addressing objections within time-constrained virtual environments
- Knack for storytelling: Can simplify complex solutions to resonate with non-technical clients
- Empathy first: Focuses on solutions that meet the customer, not just their product
Desirable
✅ SaaS or technology-led sales experience—familiarity with ERP, distributive trade, or cloud platforms is a bonus ✅ Consultative or demo-focused approach: Sales that’s resource-based, not transactional ✅ First-hand knowledge of the distributive or wholesale industries (but not a hard rule!)
