Sales Executive – Insurtech

UK remote base, with easy access to London
£80k - 100k + OTE and benefits

Excellent career prospects! We are partnering with an established European Insurtech, looking for a Sales Executive to become the commercial face of their UK Market. With AI software focused primarily towards MGAs and Brokers, this opportunity is about helping build an entire market presence: relationships, credibility, sales pipeline, partnerships, customer success, and strategic positioning. This is a unique opportunity with a clear growth path to Country Manager UK from 2 years for the right candidate. Full responsibility for UK Sales and strategic partnerships, with expansion toward Ireland and the Channel Islands.

Responsibilities

  • Open and develop UK MGA market, and build a scalable commercial pipeline
  • Business development target market - MGA’s, Consolidators, buy-and-build platforms, broker networks, and wholesale distribution platforms etc.
  • Regular travel and client meetings
  • Customer Success & Account Development - work closely with Customer Success on expansion and retention
  • Events & Thought Leadership - Organize and attend executive roundtables and networking sessions
  • Build visibility within insurtech and MGA communities
  • Sell pilots and enterprise deals while building executive relationships across the UK insurance market
  • Expand strategic accounts into long-term partnerships

  • ~7 years' sales experience within Insurance, Insurtech, or Insurance Consultancy
  • Existing Insurance network to leverage - need excellent MGA and Broker contacts
  • Strong knowledge of broker consolidators, delegated authority ecosystem, and broker technology stack
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and scale-up environments
  • Entrepreneurial and highly-action orientated
