Job Description

Internal Panel Sales Executive

James Latham - Eurocentral

James Latham is one of the UK’s leading independent distributors of timber, panels, and decorative surfaces. Established in 1757, we are a long-standing family business built on strong relationships, quality products, and exceptional people.

Many of our employees stay with the company for decades, and in a recent staff survey, 86% said they would recommend James Latham as a great place to work. We believe that says a lot about our culture.

We are now looking for a motivated and commercially driven Sales Executive to join our successful Eurocentral team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, spotting opportunities, and developing business within a fast-moving and supportive sales environment.

What The Role Involves

As part of our internal panel sales team, you’ll be responsible for developing and growing sales across our panel and decorative product ranges, working with both existing customers and new business opportunities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
