Customer Service & Sales Specialist
Location: Branch-based (UK) Contract: Zero-hours Earings Potential:
- Base: £12.75/hour
- Total Income (OTE): £30,000–£40,000 (based on 40 hrs/week).
- Salary & bonus pro-rated by hours worked per week.
- Uncapped Commission Structure!

Key Responsibilities
- First point of contact for customers—friendly, professional, and sales-driven
- Design personalised offers, exceeding expectations with every interaction
- Process customer inquiries, bookings, and rental agreements
- Maintain bronchial knowledge of vehicle fleets, services, and promotions
- Represent SIXT’s values of customer-centric service and outstanding experience
- Work efficiently in fast-paced environments, including weekends and holidays

What You’ll Need
- Strong customer service and sales experience, ideally in service, automotive, or tourism
- Experience handling direct customer interactions, troubleshooting issues proactively
- Strong communication skills (fluency in English mandatory)
- Pasionate about mobile services, cars, or related industries—a personal passion for vehicles is a plus!
- Flexible work ethic and devotion to flexible schedules (weekends/holidays)
- Full, valid drivers’ license with at least 12 months of experience
