Location: Vertu BYD Worcester
We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our Vertu BYD Worcester team.

Work-life balance matters
- 40-hour work week (five 8-hour shifts).
- Most Saturdays are worked (our busiest day), but you’ll always get a weekday off.

As a Motability Sales Executive, your focus will be on supporting customers to find the right vehicle for their needs. This is a busy, high-demand environment, but the priority is always quality of service over unrealistic targets.
You’ll be working with an established customer base, offering guidance, clear information, and reassurance throughout the buying journey. The aim is to make the process as straightforward and stress-free as possible.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting customers in identifying the right vehicle for their individual needs
- Building relationships with customers through in-person, online, and community engagement
- Providing clear, accurate information to support confident decision-making
- Presenting our range of vehicles and services in an accessible and engaging way
- Managing your workload in a structured and organised way to ensure a smooth customer journey

What We’re Looking For
- Currently working as a Sales Executive within the automotive industry (minimum 12 months)
- Motivation and drive to achieve goals
- Excellent organisation skills – able to manage a busy diary, prioritise effectively, and follow key processes
- The ability to communicate clearly and authentically
- A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
- Full UK driving licence (manual and automatic).

You will need to have a full UK driving license to be considered for this role. If your application is successful, we will need to complete employment checks prior to you starting with us.
