About the Role
Join our fabulous sales team and help enhance our reputation as the number one home appliance brand in the world. Our Sales Executives are responsible for managing inbound service calls from our customers. By providing an amazing sales through service approach, you will sell our leading range of added value service products.
Responsibilities
As a Sales Executive here at Haier Europe, you'll promote and up-sell our range of extended warranty insurance products to non-core brand customers under Haier Europe’s approved representative status.
- You'll identify and pitch the most appropriate insurance product to the customer via assessment of their information/ needs whilst ensuring full FCA regulatory compliance when setting up extended warranties for customers.
- You'll be based at our Bolton Service Centre, Bury Road, Breightmet (BL2 6PU) and will receive training to ensure that you are not only able to provide first class customer service but are also personally able to achieve great things.
Requirements
- Previous sales experience, ideally within a telephone based sales role.
- Familiarity with working toward sales targets, preferably within an FCA regulated environment.

- Working 37.5 hours per week on a set shift pattern, no late working, our contact centre closes at 6pm
