Full-Time, £24,000 /year + Commission (Realistic OTE - £50,000)

Who We Are

The Care Partnership offers all inclusive 'business startup packages' to individuals looking to start a business in the care sector. Offering the true alternative to franchising we provide everything that is needed from a website and branding, through to CQC registration support and marketing.

We have helped to start a number of organisations across the country and we are looking to grow our internal business development team to keep up with demand and to assist us in helping more people start a rewarding and profitable business.

Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for all new customers & effectively qualify all new inbound leads
  • Become a reliable and trusted ambassador for The Care Partnership
  • Full management of the sales process from initial contact to close
  • Meeting with clients, understanding needs, creating proposals and following up
  • Working with internal teams to ensure appropriate project handover, delivery and billing
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets for new accounts closed
  • Proactively network, prospect and create new opportunities, alongside inbound leads
  • Liaise with marketing & support teams to ensure a smooth on-boarding process for all new clients
  • Promote our products and services at trade shows and events
  • Occasional national travel to meet clients and overnight stays from time to time

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A confident, proactive and consultative sales approach
  • A proactive and highly driven self-starter, who is able to learn quickly
  • 2 + years direct sales/business development experience
  • Full UK driving licence and own transport (Desirable)
  • Knowledge of health & social care sector (Desirable)
