Job: Sales Executive
Location: Tyneside Audi Contract Type: Permanent, full-time Salary: OTE up to £50,000 per annum (including £25,000 basic plus uncapped commission) plus company car Hours: 44 hours per week, Monday–Friday: 08:30–18:00, Saturday: 09:00–17:00, Sunday: 11:00–15:00 (with a rota-based day off per week and weekends).
About the Role
Tyneside Audi is recruiting for an ambitious and experienced Sales Executive to join their hard-working and friendly team. You will specialise in either new car or used car sales as part of the passionate sales team, providing first-class customer service.
In this role, you will be a key point of contact who excels in communication and attention to detail to understand and fulfill customer needs. You will also collaborate effectively with colleagues to deliver an outstanding service.
Responsibilities
- Communicating with customers via email, telephone, and in person
- Suggesting suitable vehicles based on customer needs
- Arranging and accompanying customers on test drives
- Negotiating the final sale price
- Completing relevant sale paperwork for each transaction
- Liaising with departments across the dealership to enhance the customer experience

Person Specification
The ideal candidate will:
- Demonstrate strong communication skills
- Be self-motivated, hard-working, and ambitious
- Exhibit passion for selling cars
- Be able to hit targets and drive sales performance
- Be a team player with a customer-focused mindset
Previous experience in a similar role, particularly within the motor trade, is preferred but not essential. Fresh talent is always welcome!
- A full UK driving licence is essential due to the possibility of driving high-end cars on the job.
