Sales Executive
London Square – Sales Executive

About the Role & Team
This full-time onsite position in Twickenham Square and Twickenham Green operates on a described rota system:
- Work schedule: 9:45 am – 6 pm
- Rotating weekends: 2 weekends on, 2 weekends off per month
The Sales Executive will drive sales success and deliver exceptional customer service by:
- Understanding the new build market and off-plan sales process in depth
- Effectively qualifying buyers to match them with the right property
- Proactively managing the sales process from initial inquiry to exchange
- Maintaining impeccable site standards
- Contributing innovative ideas to support marketing and sales efforts
This role is central to promoting sales at Twickenham Square and Twickenham Green, providing expert guidance, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality homes for both domestic and international buyers.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets at both developments and manage all sales to exchange
- Qualify and match prospective buyers to property types to maximise sales
- Proactively manage the sales process, ensuring smooth communication
- Provide a professional, welcoming, and efficient service to all customers
- Maintain show homes and marketing suites to the highest standards
- Conduct local market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy
- Demonstrate excellent knowledge of the local area, amenities, and key selling points
- Handle site paperwork and administration, ensuring accuracy
- Provide weekly management updates on sales progress and market feedback
- Maintain an effective CRM database to track interactions and sales progress
- Ensure compliance with all relevant requirements: PMA, CML, H&S, Data Protection, and the New Homes Quality Code
- Collaborate with the Sales Lead, Regional Sales Manager, and Site team for seamless operations

Key Skills & Experience
This role demands expertise in:
- Customer-facing sales environment (e.g., retail, hospitality, banking, housebuilding, estate agency)
- Core understanding of the home buying process and key milestones
- Commercial acumen with strong awareness of market and competition trends
- Ability to understand and address customer needs to uphold the company reputation
- Driven, resilient, and target-focused whilst thriving under challenge
- Calm under pressure, with unshakable professionalism
- Proactive learning mindset (e.g., legislation updates, economic conditions, tech advancements)
- Persuasive communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence assertively and build trusting customer relationships
- Willingness to embrace change and innovative ways of working
- Ability to encourage, mentor, and empower colleagues while sharing best practices
- Strong relational skills to build teams internally and externally
