Sales Executive
Location: Oxford
Salary: £Negotiable DOE
Hours: Monday to Friday | Full Time

Our client, a well-established engineering business, is looking to recruit an experienced Sales Executive to join their team in Oxford. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in bearing sales who enjoys building long-term customer relationships and driving business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Handle a high volume of customer enquiries via telephone and email, providing excellent customer service and technical support.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, converting enquiries into sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Process customer orders accurately and liaise with internal departments to ensure on-time delivery.
- Provide product advice and guidance, helping customers identify the most suitable bearing solutions for their applications.
- Carry out outbound calls to existing and prospective customers where required to generate opportunities, follow up quotations, and develop new business.

Requirements:
- Previous experience selling bearings is essential.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage a high volume of enquiries.
- A team player who enjoys working collaboratively in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Experience using ERP and CRM systems such as SAP, Salesforce, or Microsoft Dynamics would be advantageous.
- Ability to read and interpret technical engineering drawings would be highly desirable.
- Full UK driving licence essential, as occasional use of a company vehicle may be required.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills with a proactive approach to sales.
