Sales Executive

🚀 Join Our Mission: Sales Executive (Performance-Based)

Company: Metrocart UK Ltd

Location: Remote / Field-Based (UK) Commitment: Flexible Hours Compensation: 5% Commission on Sales Generated from Your Accounts

Since 2022, we’ve been a driving force in distributing Afro-Caribbean, South Asian, Middle Eastern, and Oriental food products across the UK through strategic sourcing, efficient distribution, and strong retail partnerships. Are you set to play a pivotal role in expanding our reach and driving growth? We’re looking for ambitious, self-motivated Sales Executives to build relationships with retailers and catalyse business success.


### What You’ll Do

  • Drive New Business Growth: Identify and approach independent grocery stores, supermarkets, convenience stores, wholesalers, and foodservice businesses.

  • Build Strong Retail Partnerships: Develop long-term customer relationships by understanding their product needs and challenges.

### Who You Are

You’re a self-starter with: ✔ A passion for sales and business development ✔ Confidence in engaging stakeholders, including business owners and retail decision-makers ✔ Strong interpersonal skills with a talent for negotiation and relationship-building ✔ A proactive, target-driven mindset and ability to work independently with minimal oversight

A background in FMCG, wholesale, food distribution, or retail sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
