Join our High-Energy Sales Team in Telford!

Roles Available

Sales Executive – Lead Generator

  • £27,500 P.A + Uncapped Commission
  • Guaranteed Commission for first 3 months (tracking £31,000 P.A)
  • Realistic OTE: £45,000+

Sales Executive – Closer

  • £30,000 P.A + Uncapped Commission
  • Guaranteed Commission for first 3 months (tracking £38,000 P.A)
  • Realistic OTE: £65,000+

Hours

  • Mon – Thur: 9:00am – 5:30pm
  • Fri: 9:00am – 3:00pm

Key Responsibilities

  • Making outbound calls to businesses to qualify their telecoms requirements and create business solutions
  • Building and managing successful customer relationships
  • Listening to customer needs and presenting appropriate solutions to make sales
  • Negotiating prices, costs, delivery, and specifications with customers and managers
  • Achieving KPI and targets, including volume and profit
  • Cleansing data on the company’s database
  • Effectively managing existing accounts and identifying opportunities for further business
