Sales Executive (King's Lynn)
Motorvogue are a forward-thinking company working with the following brands across 6 locations: Fiat, Fiat Professional, Abarth, Alfa Romeo, Jeep, CUPRA, SEAT, Hyundai, Citroen, Peugeot and Omoda & Jaecoo. With showrooms in Northampton, Bedford, King’s Lynn, Norwich, and Bury St Edmunds. Our sixth site opened in Dunstable in April 2024. We continue to grow and develop moving forward.
We’re looking for Sales Executives to work at our Multi-Franchise site in King’s Lynn.
You don’t need to have Car Sales experience, or even sales experience, we can teach you what you need to know.
You will need to be a ‘people person’, someone who loves talking to people to establish their needs and be able to present the solution. You’ll be confident, enthusiastic, keen to learn, willing to work hard and be great at customer service.
You will join a team of dedicated sales professionals who seek to add value to the customer experience. We will invest in you to ensure that you maximise your potential and give you the tools to grow your ability. Our working pattern is 5.5 days average (5-days week 1 and 6-days week 2), including Saturdays.
You will also get your birthday off once probation has been passed.

About You
You will be polite, articulate and exceptionally well presented, to meet and always exceed brand standards. You will be used to following a process and will be happy to embrace all training provided for you to allow you to succeed in your role.
You should live within a reasonable commuting distance of King’s Lynn and have a full driving licence which has no more than 6 penalty points.
About The Position
You’ll be confident, keen to learn and willing to work hard. You will be welcomed into a friendly team and have the opportunity to develop your skills working with an exciting product. A large part of the Sales Executive position involves:
- Managing relationships with your customers including keeping in regular contact with them about our products.
- Prospecting for new customers by telephone and maintaining your own enquiry database.
- Maintaining product knowledge and updating your knowledge through manufacturer led training.
- Providing exceptional customer service.
- Maintaining good housekeeping standards

About Our Requirements
We expect our new Sales Executives to demonstrate some skills that will prove very beneficial in the position, including:
- Customer service.
- Negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Full driving license
Remuneration
We provide a basic salary of £25,000 with a company car provided. Realistic OTE of £40,000 but this is uncapped - our highest earners achieved over £50,000!
