Tewke Sales Account Executive

💰 Salary: £30,000 base + £70,000 OTE (uncapped)

About the Role

Join our sales team as a bold, ambitious early-career professional with a relentless drive to sell Tewke Tap systems to house builders, property developers, and hotel chains. You’ll build B2B relationships, identify Decision Makers’ needs, and show how Tewke solves pain points—all while playing a pivotal role in scaling our transformative product.

Ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys networking with visionaries. This role is led by Rowan, Tewke’s CTO.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and prioritise high-potential partner companies (fast-moving builders, developers, hotels).
  • Locate and engage key decision-makers—cold or warm outreach welcomed.
  • Establish enduring relationships, swiftly diagnosing client needs and positioning Tewke as the solution.
  • Craft compelling marketing materials (photos, videos) to captivate prospects.
    • A bonus if you’re skilled in photo/video editing to wow clients.

About You

We’re hiring people who prove every day that failure isn’t an option. These are the traits we’re looking for:

✨ Self-starter – Proven track record of driving B2B sales, preferably in residential or construction sectors. ✨ Relationship builder – You’ll charm and persuade—frustrations called objections to opportunities. ✨ Tech-savvy evangelist – Passionate about sustainability and writing vivid stories of Tewke’s smart home + energy control leadership. ✨ Emotional intelligence – Understand and respond to clients’ subtleties.

Nice-to-haves (but not dealbreakers):

  • Video/photo editing skills
  • B2B/tech sales experience
  • Working in a housebuilding or property development landscape
