Field Sales Representative – Unilever (via Smollan)

Role Overview
- Employment Type: Full Time | Permanent
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday (40 hrs)
- Compensation: £27,976 per annum + up to 10% bonus (OTE: £30,773)
- Benefits: Company car with fuel card
- Location: Territory covering Warwick, Daventry, Redditch and surrounding areas

Key Responsibilities
This hands-on, dynamic role will keep your days varied and engaging. You’ll:
- Visit diverse stores across your allocated territory
- Build strong relationships with shop managers and teams
- Ensure products are fully stocked and easy to find
- Set up eye-catching displays and promotions
- Fix stock gaps on shelves and spot new sales opportunities
- Use mobile apps to report activity and share insights
No two days will be identical—confidence, adaptability, and a proactive attitude will set you up for success.
