Sales Executive Lead – Lending Solutions (UK & Europe)
Position Type : Full time Type Of Hire : Experienced (relevant combo of work and education) Location: London (Hybrid) Region: UK, Benelux & Nordics Business Unit: Lending & Capital Markets Role Overview FIS is seeking a high performing Sales Executive Lead to drive new business growth for FIS’s Lending solutions across the UK, Benelux and Nordic markets. Based in London, this role will focus on selling enterprise lending platforms to Tier 1–3 banks, challenger banks, and specialist lenders, helping clients modernise and digitise the end-to-end lending lifecycle. This is a senior, quota carrying role requiring deep domain expertise in commercial lending, strong C-suite engagement capability, and a proven track record of complex enterprise solution sales across Northern Europe. About the Solutions You will be responsible for selling FIS’s Lending solutions, supporting financial institutions across the full lending lifecycle, including: Loan origination and onboarding Credit decisioning and risk management Commercial and corporate loan servicing Complex, multicurrency and multi entity portfolios Digital and operational transformation of lending platforms Key Responsibilities Sales & Revenue Growth Own and drive new logo acquisition and expansion opportunities for FIS Lending solutions across the UK, Benelux and Nordics Build, manage and convert a high value sales pipeline, delivering against quarterly bookings and revenue targets Lead complex, multistakeholder sales cycles from initial engagement through contract signature Client Engagement & Value Proposition Engage with C-suite, lending heads, credit, operations and technology leaders to understand strategic lending challenges Position FIS as a long term transformation partner, articulating clear business outcomes around efficiency, risk reduction, scalability and digital enablement Lead value based selling conversations, including business case development and ROI justification Regional Market Strategy Develop and execute a regional go to market strategy aligned to UK, Benelux and Nordic market dynamics Maintain a strong understanding of regional regulatory environments, lending trends, and competitive landscape Represent FIS at industry events, client forums and executive briefings across the region Internal Collaboration Partner closely with presales, product management, delivery, and marketing teams to create compelling, client specific solutions Provide market feedback to influence product roadmap and regional prioritisation Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management and reporting through CRM tools Required Experience & Skills Proven enterprise sales experience within financial technology, commercial lending, or loan servicing platforms Strong knowledge of commercial, corporate, or SME lending within European banking markets Demonstrated success selling complex, multiyear SaaS or platform solutions Established network across banks and financial institutions in the UK, Benelux and/or Nordics Excellent executive level communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills Fluent English required; additional European language skills (Dutch, French, German, or Nordic languages) highly advantageous Personal Attributes Strategic, consultative seller with a client first mindset Comfortable operating autonomously across multiple geographies Commercially driven, resilient and results oriented Collaborative team player with strong internal influence Why Join FIS Work for a global fintech leader powering the world’s financial institutions Sell market leading lending technology at the centre of digital transformation Competitive compensation, uncapped commission and comprehensive benefits Clear career progression within a global sales organisation Opportunity to shape the growth of FIS Lending across Northern Europe #LI-LO1 Privacy Statement FIS is committed to protecting the privacy and security of all personal information that we process in order to provide services to our clients.
