The company retails new and used cars, commercial vehicles, and motorbikes across the United Kingdom. Role Description
The Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in the United Kingdom, responsible for selling new and used vehicles to retail and commercial guests. Daily tasks include:
- Greeting and qualifying guests
- Understanding their needs
- Presenting suitable vehicle options
- Arranging test drives
- Explaining features, pricing, and finance or leasing options

The role involves:

- Preparing accurate proposals
- Negotiating terms within company guidelines
- Completing all documentation required for a smooth and compliant sales process
The Sales Executive also follows up with leads, maintains regular contact with existing and prospective guests, and updates CRM systems to ensure an organized sales pipeline. In addition, the role requires close collaboration with colleagues in service, parts, and finance to provide a seamless guest experience and to meet brand and dealership sales objectives.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated vehicle sales or broader retail sales experience, including guest-facing work, needs analysis, and closing sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, listen actively, and tailor explanations to diverse guests.
- Solid negotiation and objection-handling skills, with a focus on ethical, transparent, and guest-centric selling practices.
- Competence in basic IT and CRM systems, including maintaining accurate records, managing leads, and producing simple reports.
- Good numerical and financial literacy to explain pricing, finance options, and related products clearly and accurately.
- Organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to manage multiple guests, follow-ups, and administrative tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of the automotive market, vehicle features, and brand positioning, or a strong willingness and ability to learn quickly.
- Proactive, self-motivated approach with a commitment to delivering “guest delight” and contributing to team and brand targets.
- Flexibility to work dealership hours, including weekends and peak sales periods as required.
- Valid UK driving licence and a safe driving record.
- Previous experience in a motor
