Your mission

Your mission as a Sales Executive will be to promote and sell the organisation's products and services, and provide technical sales support.

Location

Fully Remote (covering the West Midlands, East Midlands, and North Wales)

Travel

Regular travel to customer sites across the territory is required to support our clients face-to-face.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pursue sales leads, visiting existing and new customers to meet sales target levels. Report the activities via CRM & CPQ
  • Negotiate prices and delivery times within limits of authority; and conclude sales orders to meet revenue targets
  • Identify, research, and contact prospective customers and build positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business
  • Refer sales leads, customer feedback, and information on competitor activity to appropriate contacts within the organization so that they can respond to changing market conditions and customer demands
  • Work closely with all divisions on must-win deals with consolidated gross margin calculations, product offering and customer expectations
  • Support the company’s efforts to reduce accidents / incidents by reporting unsafe actions or conditions and participating in Safety Walks, Safety Audits and 5S events etc. as required.

What We Are Looking For

  • Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales, preferably in heavy machinery, and or construction equipment
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to negotiate terms and close deals effectively
  • Customer Relationship Management: Experience in building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients
  • Lead Generation: Skills in identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities and markets
  • Product Knowledge: Understanding the features, benefits, and specifications of loader cranes and related equipment would be an advantage but not essential to the right person
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication to effectively present ideas and information
  • Excellent IT literacy, numeracy and analytical skills.
