Sales Executive : Central London Hotel
Salary: Up to £40,000 + Bonus
Location: London
We're looking for a proactive and commercially focused Sales Executive for a London hotel to drive MICE and group business within a busy London hotel environment. You'll manage enquiries from initial contact through to conversion, identify new business opportunities, and help maximise revenue across meetings, events, and group bookings.
Responsibilities
- Manage and convert MICE and group enquiries
- Negotiate contracts and maximise revenue opportunities
- Proactively source and develop new business
- Build strong relationships with clients and agencies
- Maintain accurate CRM and booking system records
- Work closely with operational teams for smooth event delivery
- Support overall commercial and sales performance

Requirements
- Experience in Meetings and Events or Group Sales
- Strong sales and conversion focus
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Confident communication and relationship-building skills
- Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-driven mindset
- Experience using Opera, Cvent, or Venue Directory preferred
- Good understanding of the London hotel market desirable
