Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, managing a pipeline of prospects, and conducting virtual sales presentations and product demonstrations. The role includes preparing proposals and quotations, negotiating terms, and closing deals in alignment with company targets. The Sales Executive will collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of solutions, maintain accurate CRM records, and provide regular sales forecasts and reports. Day-to-day activities also involve building strong relationships with clients, understanding their communication challenges, and recommending suitable CST solutions while upholding high standards of customer service.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in business development, lead generation, and pipeline management, with the ability to identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
- Proficiency in consultative selling, needs analysis, and solution-based selling within technology or software environments.
- Experience with CRM tools, sales reporting, and basic data analysis to track performance and inform strategy.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, including the ability to engage stakeholders at different levels.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Prior experience in B2B sales, ideally in communication technology, software, or related sectors; familiarity with hospitality, healthcare, or retail is an advantage.
- Strong customer focus and relationship-building abilities, with a commitment to long-term client partnerships and high service standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in sales.
