Sales Executive
Salary: £28,200 per year (OTE £35,220) Bonus: Fantastic monthly and annual bonuses based on company performance Hours: 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern (5 days on, 2 days off) — Including weekend work

About the Role
As a Sales Executive, your top priority is generating sales Volume while keeping branches running smoothly. You’re the first point of customer contact—it’s all about empowering customers to buy their dream car.

Key Responsibilities
- Non-stop action—whether securing appointments, narrowing down the best deals, or closing sales.
- Charm, persuasion, and nerves of steel. Negotiate, deal, and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate closely with:
- Back-office teams
- Branch colleagues
Requirements
✅ Current full UK manual driving licence ✅ Previous success in a sales/retail/hospitality environment ✅ Target-driven mindset—after all, results matter ✅ Magic phone manner to connect with customers ✅ Visionary organiser with focus and priorities ✅ Ability to shine face-to-face and solo—you don’t need a boss tagging along ✅ Account Management hell yes—build loyal relationships that last
