Sales Executive Opportunity – Mercedes-Benz of Brighton

The Role: Sales Executive (Permanent, Full-Time)

Location: Mercedes-Benz of Brighton

Contract & Compensation

  • Contract Type: Permanent, full-time
  • Salary:
    • OTE up to £50,000 per annum plus company car
    • Includes £25,000 basic plus uncapped commission
  • Hours:
    • Mon – Fri: 08:30 – 18:00
    • Sat: 09:00 – 17:00
    • Sun: 10:00 – 16:00
    • Arrangement: One weekday off** + flexible weekend coverage (rota basis)

About the Role

Joining our hard-working and friendly sales team, you’ll work in either new car or used car sales, delivering outstanding customer service. As a key point of contact for clients, you’ll build relationships and ensure a seamless experience from initial consultation to finalising the transaction.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Communication
    • Engage with clients in-person, via telephone, and email.
    • Present vehicles aligning with customers’ needs, preferences, and budgets.

  • Sales Process

    • Arrange and accompany customers on test drives.
    • Negotiate and agree on final sale prices.
    • Complete all necessary administrative paperwork.
  • Interdepartmental Collaboration

    • Liaise with service, finance, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations for customers.

Requirements & Skills

  • Strong communication skills to build rapport with colleagues and customers.
  • Self-motivated with a passionate approach to driving sales.
  • Outstanding organisational skills to meet targets and goals.
  • Preference given to candidates with automotive industry experience, though not mandatory.
  • Full UK driving license required (due to access to premium vehicles).

Strong startup or new hire talent is welcome.
