Sales Executive
Sales Executive Opportunity – Mercedes-Benz of Brighton

The Role: Sales Executive (Permanent, Full-Time)
Location: Mercedes-Benz of Brighton
Contract & Compensation
- Contract Type: Permanent, full-time
- Salary:
- OTE up to £50,000 per annum plus company car
- Includes £25,000 basic plus uncapped commission
- Hours:
- Mon – Fri: 08:30 – 18:00
- Sat: 09:00 – 17:00
- Sun: 10:00 – 16:00
- Arrangement: One weekday off** + flexible weekend coverage (rota basis)
About the Role
Joining our hard-working and friendly sales team, you’ll work in either new car or used car sales, delivering outstanding customer service. As a key point of contact for clients, you’ll build relationships and ensure a seamless experience from initial consultation to finalising the transaction.

- Engage with clients in-person, via telephone, and email.
- Present vehicles aligning with customers’ needs, preferences, and budgets.

Sales Process
- Arrange and accompany customers on test drives.
- Negotiate and agree on final sale prices.
- Complete all necessary administrative paperwork.

Interdepartmental Collaboration
- Liaise with service, finance, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations for customers.
Requirements & Skills
- Strong communication skills to build rapport with colleagues and customers.
- Self-motivated with a passionate approach to driving sales.
- Outstanding organisational skills to meet targets and goals.
- Preference given to candidates with automotive industry experience, though not mandatory.
- Full UK driving license required (due to access to premium vehicles).
Strong startup or new hire talent is welcome.
