Sales Executive - Mercedes Benz
LSH Auto is an automotive dealership and service business delivering vehicle sales, aftersales support, servicing, repairs, and customer-facing showroom operations. We are focused on creating a positive customer experience at every stage of the ownership journey, from first enquiry through to ongoing support. As a Sales Executive, you will play an important role in helping customers find the right vehicle for their needs while representing the business with professionalism, product confidence, and a strong customer-first approach. This role is well suited to someone who enjoys building rapport, guiding purchasing decisions, and contributing to a fast-paced showroom environment. Hours 40 Salary - £27,010 plus OTE plus company car Responsibilities Build strong customer relationships and guide buyers through the full sales journey Identify customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles and finance options Follow up on leads promptly to convert enquiries into confirmed sales Maintain accurate CRM records and keep pipeline activity up to date Work toward monthly sales targets while delivering excellent showroom service 2+ years of sales experience in automotive sales or a customer-facing retail environment. Proven track record of meeting sales targets and converting leads. Experience explaining vehicle features, finance options, and purchase processes to customers. Experience handling showroom walk-ins, inbound leads, finance conversations, and customer test drives. Valid driving licence. Eligibility to work in the UK.
