LSH Auto – Sales Executive Opportunity

LSH Auto is seeking a dedicated and motivated Sales Executive to join our outstanding team. The ideal candidate will drive sales growth, deliver exceptional customer service, and curate dream vehicle experiences tailored to clients. A role for automotive enthusiasts eager to thrive in a high-energy, results-driven environment.

Key Details

  • Hours: 40 hours per week
  • Compensation: £27,010 plus uncapped commission (potential OTE of £60,000), plus company car allocation

About the Role

Responsibilities span customer relationship management, sales execution, and deal closing, requiring a blend of technical automotive insight, empathy, and resilience.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Sales Leadership:
    • Achieve sales targets through proactive customer engagement and consultative sales processes
    • Understand and exceed target customers’ needs, presenting premium vehicle solutions
  • Customer Experience:
    • Deliver industry-leading service, building trust and long-term loyalty
    • Handle enquiries with professionalism, resolving concerns efficiently
  • Team & Development:
    • Contribute to team performance, aligning with broader sales objectives
    • Actively seek training opportunities to enhance technical and interpersonal skills
  • Operator Compliance:
    • Adhere to company policies, processes, and compliance regulations

Requirements

  • Proven experience in automotive sales or a customer-facing role (advantageous)
  • Exceptional oral and written communication, empowering rapport with diverse customers
  • Strong record of outperforming quotas and maintaining high customer satisfaction scores
  • Negotiation expertise with proven ability to secure deals in competitive environments
  • Passion for automobiles, with a bulk of market/financial knowledge
  • Self-motivation with the flexibility to work independently or as a collaborative team player
  • Valid UK driver’s licence
