Location: Poole Company: Currys Business
Type: Permanent | Full-Time | Grade 2
Salary: £29,000 per annum plus On-Target Earnings (OTE) of up to £7,000 per annum.
Working Arrangements
- Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
- No weekend shifts

We’re seeking Sales Executives to join our business customer mixed electricals team. Whether you’re kicking off your career or looking to advance in sales/account management, we’ll provide training, mentorship, and support to help you grow.
This role offers a base salary + uncapped commission as you build relationships with business customers, generate sales, and ensure they get the best possible deals.
Responsibilities
You’ll be responsible for:
- Proactive outreach: Handling inbound and outbound sales calls, including cold contacting and existing client follow-ups.
- Lead generation: Securing new business sales across various channels (e.g., referrals, digital leads, networking).
- Personalised sales: Offering customised quotes tailored to client needs, ensuring the best value.
- Client relationships: Developing and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing business customers.
- Order processing: Accurately and efficiently managing sales orders.
- Goal achievement: Meeting sales and customer satisfaction targets.

Additionally, you’ll need to become an expert across our entire B2B product range.
Requirements
- Sales/service experience: Prior experience in retail, hospitality, call centres, or B2B sales (ေ့).
- Customer focus: Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues and build trust.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with resilience to adapt quickly.
- Customer engagement: Ability to rapidly establish rapport under pressure.
- Proactivity & learning: Willingness to stay updated on new products/technologies.
