Main Purpose Of Job
As Sales Executive you will be a key member of the team with focus on sales in our Motability division. You will be responsible for developing sales and demonstrating vehicles at customer’s home address and securing ongoing business through long term relationship building.
The successful applicant will be regionally based covering areas across Southern England, overnight stays to be expected.
Occasional travel to our facility in Bromborough, Wirral will be expected in line with sales activities.
To be successful you will possess a strong sales background. We require excellent skills in self-motivation, communication, planning and presenting, together with confidence, enthusiasm and great interpersonal skills.
Experience of the automotive industry is desirable however we welcome applications from other fields.
We are looking for a competent and outgoing individual who can help grow sales for TBC Conversions, achieving profitability, meeting targets whilst ensuring customer satisfaction.
About The Role
Person Specification:
- The successful candidate will show a high degree of initiative.
- Previous experience working in a target driven sales environment.
- Minimum of two years in a previous similar role.
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
- The successful candidate will have excellent IT skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft office and other computer systems.
- We require the person to have strong organisational skills with ability to plan workloads effectively and to meet deadlines and demonstrate attention to detail.
- A Full driving licence is essential as the customer base is spread over a large geographical area.
- Be able to work independently in a busy, active environment with little supervision and direction.
