Sales Executive - Multi Franchise
About The Role
We are looking for a Sales Executive to join one of the UK’s fastest-growing motor groups. This isn’t just another car sales role—it’s a chance to showcase your talents, demonstrate your customer service skills, and thrive in a supportive, dynamic environment where you can be yourself.
As a Sales Executive, your role will focus on delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring every Stoneacre customer feels valued as they embark on their journey to find their next vehicle. Your contributions will help make Stoneacre the Number One Motor Group.
- Salary Range: £30,000 to £55,000 OTE per year

A Typical Day as a Sales Executive
Your responsibilities include:
- Utilising your knowledge of manufacturer vehicle features and offerings to match the right customer to the right car.
- Turning sales prospects into opportunities by identifying and pursuing leads with enthusiasm and resourcefulness.
- Striving toward sales targets while breaking through setbacks—the sky’s the limit when you love what you do!
- Nurturing relationships with both new and existing customers to maximise repeat business and referrals.
- Ensuring integrity and professionalism in all interactions—amazing service and consistency build your reputation and our brand presence.
- Weaving obligations of confidentiality alongside the expectation of brand loyalty in dealings with customers.
About You
To succeed in this role, you should:
- Excel in customer-facing interactions with exceptional communication skills.
- Be results-driven, committed to meeting sales goals while delivering Oxford-quality service.
- While proven experience in sales isn’t required, your enthusiasm and keen understanding of product benefits will evaluate whether you’re a strong fit.
- Be adaptive and thrive with high-pressure situations—your people skills will have you steering customers through obstacles!
