About the Role
If you love being on the road, meeting people, and making a real difference in-store, this Field Sales Representative role at Smollan is for you. Working for Unilever, you’ll engage with major grocery retailers like Asda, Sainsbury’s, Morrisons, Boots, and discounters like B&M, ensuring high-profile household brands are stocked and promoted across your assigned territory.
This is a hands-on, field-based role—no two days are the same—offering flexibility and fast-paced opportunities to grow while making an immediate impact.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Regularly visit a variety of stores in your Warwick, Daventry, and Redditch territory
- Build strong, long-term relationships with store managers and key decision-makers
- Ensure products are fully stocked, presented well, and easily visible
- Create and maintain attractive in-store displays, promotions, and merchandising
- Identify and fix stock gaps, out-of-stocks, and lost sales opportunities
- Use simple mobile apps to report store activity and share actionable insights
- Independently plan and execute tasks within your assigned store network
